今回のHollywood Listeningは、アメリカでまもなく公開予定のコメディタッチの映画: Bedtime Stories。

 

聞き取る箇所は、冒頭の　0:00-0:30付近のふたりの会話です。

 

よ〜く聞かないと、思い込みが邪魔して、聞き取るのは難しいかも。

Wendy:

I've got some interviews set up in Arizona, which is what I want to talk to you about.

I need you to watch the kids for a week.
Skeeter: No! They don't even like me.
Wendy:

It's not gonna be difficult, Skeeter.

My friend Jill is a teacher at my school.

She'll bring the kids in with her in the morning.

And she'll watch them till dinnertime.

All you gotta do is the night shift!

Skeeter:

Why can't your stupid friend do that??

Wendy:

She's got night school!

Skeeter, my husband left me.

I'm getting laid off.

I have to move. I need your help.
Skeeter:

So you need me...This is good. I'll do it.
